About Cook the British Way

Preserving culinary heritage, one recipe at a time

Our Story

Founded in 2019, Cook the British Way was born from a simple observation: traditional British cooking was being overlooked in favour of international cuisines. We believed that the rich culinary heritage of the British Isles deserved to be celebrated, preserved, and passed on to new generations.

What started as a small collection of family recipes has grown into a comprehensive platform featuring courses from award-winning chefs, regional specialties from across the UK, and a thriving community of food enthusiasts.

Our Mission

We're dedicated to making traditional British cooking accessible to everyone, regardless of skill level. Through our video courses, live culinary shows, and community platform, we connect people with the authentic flavours and techniques that have defined British cuisine for centuries.

We work exclusively with local suppliers and champion seasonal, sustainable ingredients. Every recipe we share comes with its history, connecting you not just to the food, but to the stories and traditions behind it.
